1. Recruiting

Seek RECRUITING experience. With our recruiting experience we can promptly determine if a candidate fits position requirements. We do this by understanding clearly our client’s critical demands and objectives for the position and not necessarily by matching a candidate profile.

Through detailed job descriptions, we can match the best-qualified person to do the job by finding the best person who has done the job. We achieve this by carefully matching three factors in a prospective candidate:

  • Right Person. Is the individual capable of performing the role because of previous experience, training and education?
  • Right Place . Is the individual able to relocate (if necessary) or commute to the workplace?
  • Right time. Is the individual able to accept a fair offer and start in a reasonable time frame? Finally is the individual motivated to accept the job for positive reasons? Clearly the best match for a job is an individual whose motivation to accept the new position is satisfied by the objectives, culture and environment of the new position.

2. Profiling

Candidate PROFILING. We offer Behavioral profiling. This tool allows companies to match the behavioral styles of the candidate to the behavioral profile of the position. The detailed reports of these profiles take the guesswork out of the interviewing process.

3. Feedback

Thorough FEEDBACK and debrief Communication. Consistent communication means recognizing changes throughout the interview process. A true Client/Recruiter partnership allows both client and candidate the opportunity to freely and confidently communicate so that the best possible match can be determined. It also allows each side to address questions throughout the process before they become "deal killers" at offer time.
